Abstrak

Free Communications are brief proffered presentations on focused studies, investigations, or observations in Anesthesiology and Intensive care, represent a vital component of the scientific program of the KONAS PERDATIN dan PERDICI 2019.

A. EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION Deadline: 9 August 2019 (23.59; GMT+7)
1. Extended abstracts may only be submitted ONLINE through the KONAS PERDATIN dan PERDICI 2019 official website at kongresnasional2019.com after receiving confirmation email for registration.
2. Extended abstracts submitted by fax or post will NOT be accepted.
3. In submitting the extended abstract, authors grant the Committee of KONAS PERDATIN dan PERDICI 2019 the right to publish the extended abstract both in hard and electronic forms.
4. Extended abstracts could be submitted on 1 Juny 2019 and will be closed at 9 August 2019(23.59; GMT+7). 5. Extended abstracts submitted after deadline will NOT be accepted.
6. Authors could make changes to the submitted extended abstract by using their usernameuntil the submission deadline date. No changes will be accepted after this date.
7. Extended abstracts will independently reviewed by the experts and accepted based on scientific value and educational need.

B. EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. Statement of responsibility
• all authors must agree with the entire contents of submitted extended abstract and consent to being listed as authors;
• extended abstract must not have been submitted to any other national or international meeting;
• extended abstract is based on scientific and/or clinical methods that are ethical and valid;
• no trade names should be written for drugs, devises, and/or instrumentations,
• any medications or other substances referred to in the materials must be identified by their scientific names only;
• Avoid using non standard abbreviations, terms, symbols, or acronyms
2. Authors are required to indicate their preference for either oral or poster presentation by checking the presentation preference box on the submission web page.
3. Extended abstracts will be reviewed by peer review of experts in the associated topic. The KONAS PERDATIN dan PERDICI 2019 Committee will make the final decision of the format presentation. Committee decision is final and cannot be appealed. 12-12

5. Abstract must be submitted in BAHASA INDONESIA and ENGLISH . Extended abstract in any other language will not be accepted.
6. Abstract should be written in camera ready form such as Microsoft Word (Times New Roman, 11 font size and single spacing).
7. Extended abstract must be submitted BAHASA INDONESIA only. Extended abstract in any other language will not be accepted. Extended abstract must consist maximum 20 pages (including the references). Page margins are formed to regarding the A4 page size and top: 4 cm, bottom: 3 cm, left: 4 cm, right: 3 cm. Reference must be writen with vancover style. References must consist maximum 20 references and minimum 10 references. Research extended abstract should be consists of introduction, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references.
Case Report extended abstract should be consists of introduction, case, discussion, conclusion, and references.

C. ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION
1. Authors will be notified to the acceptance status of their submissions, includes the assignment of session category and presentation format.
2. Detailed instructions regarding requirements and instructions for presentations will also be provided at that time.
3. Meritorious extended abstracts may in some instances be notified for acceptance earlier at the discretion of the KONAS PERDATIN dan PERDICI 2019 Committee.
4. If your extended abstract is accepted, you must submit your presentation no later than 6 September 2019.
5. Unless you register by that date, your presentation will NOT be included in any KONAS PERDATIN dan PERDICI 2019 print/online publications.
6. The winner of each rewards category (anesthesiologist/resident, original research/case reports, and oral/poster presentation) may be asked for full paper(s) in order to publish their scientific data in some accredited national journals.

E-POSTER FILE FORMAT
1. E-Poster should be formatted in PNG or JPEG
2. The file size should not be larger than 10 MB
3. All e-Poster will be presented in portrait layout with size 81.2 x 45.7 cm and resolution 1920 x 1080 only 1 slide
4. The committee do not accept file in the form of animation, video, or audio


E-POSTER REGULATION
1. Abstract will be selected by committee based on quality, clarity, and relevancy with the theme.
2. The participants of accepted abstract will be notified via email
3. Abstract will not be proceeded further if the registration process is not completed
4. All e-poster will be presented in LED screen provided by the committee as a slide show
5. 24 e-poster (12 case report and 12 research/case series) chosen by the committee will be presented oraly
6. Schedules, places, and time for presentation will be announced later
7. All poster presentation will be scored on 13 Sept 2019
8. All e-poster will be assessed by the evaluators
9. All participant of e-poster will be awarded certificate
10. The best e-poster will be awarded prize money and certificate
11. The announcement of the best e-poster will be notified on 13 Sept 2019 at closing ceremony KONAS PERDATIN dan PERDICI 2019
12. All of participant must attend on time in the presentation room
